Provided technical advice and capacity building for the Ukrainian Association of Women in Law Enforcement (UAWLE) in support of the Canada-Ukraine Police Development Project (CUPDP). The overall aim was to strengthen the association’s governance achieved by facilitating the development of a strategic plan and performance framework, as well as various Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and building the capacity of UAWLE committee members on strategic planning, fiscal management and other key governance processes, including the development of SOPs.
